Torrance is the largest South Bay city and the heart of our commercial portfolio. From the Del Amo corridor to Old Torrance bungalows, we've worked on every block — sometimes for owners who've kept us on retainer since the Reagan administration.
How Torrance is different.
Torrance is its own permitting jurisdiction, not LA. The city has its own Building & Safety division, its own design review for some districts, and its own pace. Knowing how to move scopes through Torrance B&S is half the job — and the half a first-time contractor usually gets wrong.
Where we've worked.
Industrial fit-outs along Western Avenue, multifamily on Torrance Boulevard, and the Old Torrance Craftsman bungalows that quietly carry the city's history. We've also done long-term repair and maintenance work for several Torrance HOAs and the school district.
