El Segundo runs on aerospace, tech, and the kind of light-industrial real estate that needs a contractor who can think in shifts. We've built and serviced ES tenants for forty years — from Raytheon-adjacent fit-outs to Class A office TIs along Continental Boulevard.
How El Segundo is different.
El Segundo's planning and B&S are fast but exacting. Most of our work in town is commercial — TI, white-box conversion, MEP retrofit, and the occasional ground-up. The key is sequencing work around tenant operations: most ES buildings can't tolerate a Monday-morning surprise.
