Rancho Palos Verdes general contractor.

Why this work

Rancho Palos Verdes — built to local rules.

Rancho Palos Verdes covers more ground — and more geological complexity — than any other PV community. We've built across the peninsula from Miraleste to Portuguese Bend, and we know which lots need real engineering before they need a contractor.

How Rancho Palos Verdes is different.

RPV's view-protection ordinance, hillside grading, and the active Portuguese Bend landslide zone make geotechnical due diligence mandatory. A contractor without a soils engineer on speed-dial will burn months getting it wrong. Ours don't.

Where we've worked.

Hillside customs in the Crest Road corridor, ocean-view remodels in Miraleste, and full-down-to-the-studs renovations on Crenshaw Boulevard properties. We coordinate every RPV build with geotech, view-protection review, and the city's hillside management process.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can you build in the Portuguese Bend landslide zone?
Only with the right geotechnical work upfront. We tell clients honestly when a site needs additional engineering or when an alternative approach makes more sense than fighting the slide zone.
Do you handle RPV view-protection compliance?
Yes. Height, mass, and silhouette analysis are part of every RPV design. We pre-design for the ordinance so the project doesn't surprise a neighbor at permit posting.
What does an RPV custom home cost to permit?
Depends heavily on lot geology, view-protection complexity, and the scope of grading. We can ballpark after a site walk and soils review — and we don't quote without those.
