DECOMA Industries proudly completed a full-gut renovation of Eastside Lofts, a 4-unit residential complex transformed from the studs up. This comprehensive construction project included a complete rebuild of all interior and exterior systems—new framing, electrical, plumbing, insulation, windows, doors, and roofing—delivering modernized, energy-efficient living spaces while preserving the building’s Spanish-style charm.

Each unit now features:

  • Open-concept layouts with new hardwood flooring and recessed lighting
  • Designer kitchens with custom cabinetry, subway tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, and hand-selected accent tile work
  • Fully upgraded bathrooms with walk-in glass showers, new vanities, and period-inspired detailing
  • Dual-pane windows, new HVAC systems, and in-wall upgrades for long-term comfort and value

The revitalized exterior includes:

  • Fresh stucco finish and decorative tile address markers
  • Updated ironwork railings and staircase access
  • Professionally landscaped common areas and exterior walkways
