ULTRA-MODERN DREAM HOME.
The Raymond Estate project began with the purchase of an existing single-family home which was then demolished. During escrow, DECOMA completed a survey, soil test and then hired an architect to design a new ultra-modern home, complete with a rooftop swimming pool.
The development was sold after submitting plans to the City of Redondo Beach. This project is an example of DECOMA’s ability to create value in the development phase, which can be attributed to its 40-year history as an architectural and engineering firm.
