This seven-unit Venice property has undergone a complete transformation from a funky 70’s Venice style to an extravagant Silicon Craftsman building.
This style is essentially the California craftsman-style adapted to reflect the high-end artist loft style, known and perfected by DECOMA as Silicon Craftsman.
DECOMA’s Silicon Craftsman redevelopment lifted the property from a $180,000 starting valuation to a current valuation of close to $4M — a return driven entirely by the design-and-build work.
