Cabrillo Bungalows is a three-unit apartment building that had numerous utility complications and integrity issues. DECOMA Industries was hired as the General Contractor and Property Manager to facilitate the complete transformation of this building.
We completed a commercial construction loan pro-forma forecasting the financial outlook of the existing property, as well as the completely rehabbed property after project completion. This showed the value added to the $200k investment which was estimated in the analysis. After completion of construction, DECOMA listed and rented out the units for the client.
