John Notaro

John Notaro is President and CEO of DECOMA Industries, leading and managing all aspects of the business and day-to-day operations. John specializes in high-end finish work, expertly enhancing service and aesthetic qualities to increase overall property value. His passion and attention to detail are prominent in his impressive portfolio, and his extensive experience provides assurance that projects will be completed to the highest standard of quality.

John started working for DECOMA Industries at age five as a Junior Apprentice to the president. He quickly became fascinated with the industry and naturally grasped how development, construction and management are all equally important to the success of each project and the business. John dedicated himself to learning everything about the industry and continued to immerse himself in work. After school, John took on the role of Construction Manager at DECOMA Industries and was responsible for coordinating and managing all operations for the Construction Department, including planning, logistics, hiring, training and supervising, as well as Property Management for all DECOMA properties.
